Job Description
Location: Lagos (Gbagada)
Job Responsibilities
Assist in overseeing and supervision of essential services i.e. Security, Cleaning, Maintenance, etc.
. Ensure that Facilities are well maintained.
. Ensure that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
. Assist to supervise building projects, renovations or refurbishments.
.Supervise and check that agreed work by contractors has been completed satisfactorily and follow up
on any deficiencies.
. Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and resolve issues promptly.
. Provide a first line support for the facilities function for all internal and external customers/contractors
. Assist in coordinating the Company fleet.
Qualification/Requirements
. HND/B.Sc Degree in Facility Management of related field
. 3-5 years in a similar role
. Good technical skills
. Communication and correspondence skill..
. Interpersonal skills
Salary Range: N70,000 monthly net plus
