Job Description

The position entails a thorough exhaustion of all avenues to deliver on verification requests. The Verification Officer performs general verification functions and oversees the activities of other verification officers in the discharge of their duties. Verification officer performs investigation and other background screening functions. He also performs quality control functions to outsourced services.

* Prepare reports to clients for all verification request found on the database
* Pass on each unverifiable database verification job requests to the field desk daily.
* Liaise with agents, assign addresses to agents to verify, coordinate and identify locations for ease of reference.
* Prepare agents payment schedules and ensure agents are paid as and when due.
* Guarantee the quality of reports brought by each agent as well as the quality of reports sent to Clients.
* Prepare reports to be sent to clients.
* Act as account officer for clients.
* Ensure that each report is appropriately scanned, entered and delivered.
* Ensure that verifications are conducted thoroughly and safely by liaising with the necessary agents.
* Perform investigation and other background screening functions.

Skills and Requirement.
· Must be versed in the use of MS office packages
