Job Description

Swift Consulting.... an Education, Human Resources and Management firm is currently recruiting for a qualified and well experienced applicant to fill the role of Social media Strategist for one of our clients in the Real Estate Sector.

*REQUIREMENTS*

•Bachelor's degree/ HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent written Communication and verbal Skill .
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• knowledge of social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, etc.).
• Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, etc.).
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).

• Proximity to Lekki phase 2 is compulsory.

*LOCATION* : Lekki phase 2, Lagos state.

*MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES*

• Develop and implement a content calendar that aligns with the company's overall marketing strategy.
• Create high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos, etc.) for various social media platforms.
• Monitor social media for potential crises and respond quickly and effectively.
• Stay current with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media
