Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources (HR) Personnel to join our dynamic team. The HR Personnel will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for people and a strong understanding of HR principles.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Source and screen potential candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals)
Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
Extend job offers and manage the onboarding process
Prepare and maintain accurate employee records

Employee Relations:
Address employee inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
Assist in resolving employee relations issues
Conduct interviews and analyze turnover data

Other HR Duties:
Assist with performance management processes
Support employee training and development initiatives
Participate in HR projects and initiatives

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a corporate setting
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong organizational and time management skills
A positive and proactive attitude
