Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our Travel & Tour Lo team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our travel and tour services.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
2. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
3. Create engaging content for social media, website, and other marketing channels.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
5. Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
2. Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the travel industry.
