By using Jobslin you are accepting the following terms and conditions of use. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of use, do not use this website.
- PURPOSE OF THE WEBSITE
This website aims to connect people looking for a job with companies seeking candidates to offer them work.
The user agrees to use the website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and agrees to refrain from using the website for illegal purposes.
By subscribing to Jobslin, users (both job seekers and employers) have access to a control panel from which they can manage the services available to them.
Once subscribed, the user can enter again with their selected email and password. Each user will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password to prevent third parties from using it. In the event the user knows or suspects of the use of the password by third parties, the user should inform Jobslin as soon as possible.
- EMPLOYERS REGISTRATION
The information provided by the employer at the time of registration must be valid and include the company's legal name.
If there is information omitted or it is not possible to verify the information provided, the account will be terminated indefinitely.
- GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR JOBS POSTED
All job offers posted by recruiters must be clear, specifying the job position in the title and the description must include all the requirements the candidates must meet. Users must not be redirected to other websites to continue with the recruitment process.
Job offers must be written correctly, legibly, and without errors. Excessive use of capital letters should be avoided, both in the title and in the content.
Publishing job offers that comply with at least one of the following restrictions is prohibited:
- Promote jobs that require payment or investment from the candidate to apply.
- That include telephone numbers, office addresses, emails or links to a web page.
- Repeated job offers for the same vacancy or that refer to the same vacancy.
- Promote pyramid schemes, independent distributors or multi-level system jobs.
- Business or investment opportunities.
- Related to the adult entertainment industry, pornography, prostitution, or sex.
- That breach the rules established in these Terms.
- That require photographs to be sent, other than the one included on the resume.
- That are related to the commercialization of illegal products.
- Promote jobs without clearly defined requirements.
- Provide false information.
- That fail to meet the quality parameters established at Jobslin.
- PERSONAL INFORMATION
To create an account on the website, the following information will be requested: names, surnames, email, date of birth, gender, city and password. The job seekers can also upload their resume to the website in Word or PDF format. All personal data is used exclusively for recruitment and personnel selection purposes.
The candidates’ data is shared with recruiters only if they apply for a job posted by that specific employer.
Jobslin disclaims any present or future liability arising from the non-agreed use of personal data that has been transferred to recruiters.
The users may, at any time, request the deletion of their personal data stored in our database by filling out our contact form.
Once a candidate applies for a job, his profile is shared with the employer. Jobslin does not have control over the employer’s use of that information. Any request to delete or maintain confidentiality of that information must be made directly to the employer.
- SELECTION OF CANDIDATES
Jobslin is not an intermediary and does not participate in any way in the selection of candidates, hiring process or subsequent communication and negotiation between the parties.
The employer undertakes to use the data of the candidates only for recruitment and personnel selection purposes, and never for commercial or other purposes.
- JOB ALERTS
By registering for a Jobslin account, users agree to receive alerts in their email about job offers. They will periodically receive a list of job offers that we consider may be of interest to them.
The users may unsubscribe from job alerts at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link under each of these emails.
- MINIMUM AGE
To access or use this website you must be at least 18 years of age. We do not intentionally collect any information from users under the age of 18.
- CHANGES TO THIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
We reserve the right to change, add or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions of Use. They may be updated without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of this website following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
Any amendments to these Terms and Conditions of Use will be published in this section of the website.
- TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION OF SERVICES
If you violate, or we suspect that you have violated, any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Use, we may, without notice to you, terminate or suspend your account.
