Operations Officer

ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is an NGO with a global framework for non-formal education, which challenges young people aged 14 to 24 to find their purpose, passion and place in the world by equipping them with the skill and confidence to discover their potential.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Coordinate with program managers to ensure timely delivery of services and resources to participants.
Monitor and evaluate program performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a non-profit or youth development organization.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
