Account officer

Job Responsibilities
The Accounts Officer will be responsible for:
o Assist in the accounting operations by filing documents; reconciling statements; maintain and update accounting records.
o Manage and maintain the petty cash re-imbursement and disbursement; ensures reconciliation on a regular basis.
o Post sales invoices, cash receipts, cash payment vouchers using accounting software package.
o Update and maintain transactions and accounting and financial data such as sales records, accounts payables/receivables, purchases, etc.
o Prepare and ensure all invoices are recorded.
o Carry out all bank related activities including deposits, accounts reconciliation, etc. as required.
Requirements
o HND/ BSC in Accounting.
o Minimum of 1 years accounting experience.
o Excellent knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
o Attention to details.
o Good planning and proper time management.
