Job Description
• Render periodic reports to the client’s security manager/Area Manager as may be required
• Conduct pre and post task briefing to the Journey Management team
• Monitor Officer’s alertness and effective performance of their duties
• Receive and implement instructions from the CSO, CCC and client’s representative.
• Submit detailed reports on all journey and advice measures to enhance and improve quality service quality based on field observations.
• Mentor subordinates Oto ensure performance in the team are sustained.
• Render timely incident Reports and other reports as may be required.
• Ensure the Operations vehicle and other apparatus are all in working state.
• Accounts for all personnel and clients during Tasks and ensure task sheets are duly signed after completion of task.
• Conduct on the spot security assessment of routes/location of journey and advice Clients and Security Manager /Officer on identified risk as appropriate.
• Ensures conformance to QMS ISO9001:2015 Requirements
• Strong leadership and accountability skills
