Inventory Officer

• Assumes ownership of the pharmacy inventory operations to ensure uninterrupted supply of drug and non-drug products to our various outlets
• Ensure adequate storage of fast-moving products for the various outlets
• Ensures strict compliance to inventory process from start to finish
• Clearly communicates intentions and inventory strategies with all pharmacy managers
• Strict compliance to company processes and procedures
• Works closely with the Pharmacy team to ensure adequate stock gets to them as at when due
• Demonstrates the ability to multitask and proffer solution to challenges in our fast-paced working environment
• Cooperates with internal and external customers to ensure efficient and timely delivery of supplied products across the pharmacy outlets
• Posting of Stocks/transfers using StoreApp Software
• Participate in periodical stock take process
• Ensure proper packaging and logistics process leading to reduced cost and efficient delivery system
• Uphold the pharmacy goals and objectives
