Job Description
Lead a team of mechanics specializing in trucks, including Howo, Mercedes, DAF, etc.
Conduct diagnostic assessments and troubleshoot mechanical issues in trucks.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for the truck fleet.
Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of spare parts.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the mechanic team.
Oversee the scheduling and execution of truck maintenance tasks.
Qualifications:
Practical experience as a mechanic specializing in trucks, with expertise in Howo, Mercedes, DAF, etc.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Leadership and team management abilities.
In-depth knowledge of truck systems and mechanics.
Proven track record of successful truck maintenance and repair projects.
