Job Description
Position: Marketer / Offline Promoter
Organization: Easthopemart
Location: Ago Palace Way, Lagos. Nigeria
Job Type: Full-time
Educational Qualification: ND/HND/BSC
Salary is NGN120,000 per month for promoters/marketers
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
* Provide information about Easthopemart's products and services.
* Follow up with customers on their product orders.
* Knowledge of major markets in Lagos for E-commerce industry.
* Input customer's details to the CRM system daily.
* Actively promote Easthopemart's products to potential customers.
* Encourage customer patronage and loyalty.
* Assist customers in locating products.
* Resolve customer queries and concerns.
* Provide insights into customer preferences.
* Prepare daily reports on sales and customer interactions.
* Share feedback and insights with the marketing team.
Skills and Qualities:
* Previous experience in marketing, e-commerce, or a related field
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Sales and marketing skills.
* Familiar with CRM system
* Ability to work in a team and achieve set targets.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
* Proactive and result-oriented approach.
