Job Description

In this leadership role, you will:

* Oversee all aspects of resort operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
* Lead and motivate a team of dedicated hospitality professionals.
* Manage budgets, develop revenue strategies, and drive profitability.
* Implement and maintain high standards for guest service, housekeeping, and resort maintenance.
* Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for your team.
* Represent the resort at industry events and community functions

* Minimum 3 years of experience in resort management or a similar hospitality role.
* Proven track record of success in exceeding guest satisfaction benchmarks.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Proficiency in hospitality management software and financial systems (a plus).
