Product Manager/Champion

Company Overview: Our client is a hotel development and management company with shareholdings in leading hotels in Nigeria.

Job Objective: The Product Manager will play a pivotal part in managing a diverse set of products with a strong focus on digital and information technology on web and mobile applications. S/he will be responsible for managing the product throughout its lifecycle – conception through end-of-life.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
 Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.
 Analyze market data to develop sales strategies and define product objectives for effective marketing communications.
 Oversee Projects and Program Management activities i.e. Planning, Scheduling, Implementing, Controlling, Closure and PMO operation i.e. Onboarding and offboarding of resources, performance measurement of team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
 Track product effectiveness and continually work towards a tangible and sustained value proposition.
 Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on product status and changes.
 Evaluate product risks, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and proffer sustainable solutions.
 Refine product vision based on feedback from end users, support teams, and other internal and external stakeholders.
 Utilize Data and Salesforce tools to streamline project management processes.

Job Requirements
 B.Sc./HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related disciplines.
 6-10 Year’s Experience with Advanced Knowledge of Project Management Tools and Techniques.
 Proven track records as a Product Manager in digital and information technology projects, with a focus on web and mobile applications.
 Possession of recognized certifications, such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master or other relevant certifications is an added advantage.
 Advanced proficiency in MS Suite, Power BI, SharePoint, Management Studio, with basic knowledge of JIRA, Tableau.
 Full understanding of (SDLC) Software Development Life Cycle with basic experience in developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability is an added advantage.
