Vento Furniture is searching for a hardworking Janitor to join our team and ensure our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness of all building areas through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
Disinfect and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch surfaces.
Collect and dispose of trash and recycling according to company guidelines.
Replenish janitorial supplies and report any low stock.
Assist with minor building maintenance tasks.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
May operate cleaning equipment like floor scrubbers.
Ensure all building areas are secure and locked after hours.
Qualifications:
Minimum of few months of experience in a janitorial or custodial role (or willingness to learn).
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically able to perform cleaning tasks, which may include lifting, bending, and walking for extended periods.
Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication skills.
