Role Description
We seek a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Lead to spearhead growth strategies. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the brand narrative, driving marketing and sales initiatives, and fostering a collaborative environment between the sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing leadership.
2. A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving marketing objectives.
3. Strong understanding of real estate sales and marketing principles.
4. Solid grasp of digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, social media) and technology trends.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve shared goals.
7. Proficient in CRM software and marketing analytics tools.

Preferred Skills
1. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
2. Content marketing experience (blog writing, social media content creation).
3. Experience in media buying and budget management.
4. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
2. Manage and oversee the sales and marketing teams, setting clear objectives and KPIs.
3. Lead the creation and execution of compelling marketing campaigns across various channels.
4. Manage lead generation and conversion processes, optimizing for maximum ROI.
5. Foster strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
6. Develop and maintain the brand identity and messaging.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies.
8. Track and analyze marketing performance data to inform future strategies.
9. Oversee media buying and budget allocation for marketing initiatives.
10. Conduct training and coaching for the sales and marketing teams.
