As a Relationship Manager at Landofgold Interior, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring their needs are understood, and expectations are exceeded. Your role will be pivotal in driving client satisfaction and retention, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our firm.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, and exceptional service delivery.

2. Understanding Client Needs: Gain a deep understanding of each client's preferences, lifestyle, and vision for their home interior. Collaborate with the design team to translate client requirements into creative and practical design solutions.

3. Project Coordination: Serve as the liaison between clients and our design team, ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery of projects. Keep clients informed about project progress, milestones, and any potential challenges.

4. Issue Resolution: Proactively address any concerns or issues raised by clients, working closely with internal teams to find prompt and effective solutions.

5. Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products to existing clients based on their needs and preferences.

6. Client Feedback: Solicit feedback from clients on their experience with Landofgold Interior and use this feedback to continuously improve our services and offerings.

7. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
2. Proven experience in client relationship management or a similar role.
3. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
4. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.

Salary:
60.000,00 NGN Monthly
