Overview : A property manager in real estate is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of rental properties.
Job description:
1. Must be able Marketing and leasing vacant units
2.Must be able to Screen and select tenants
3. Must be able to Collect rent and handle tenant inquiries and complaints
4. Must be able to Coordinate maintenance and repairs
5. Must be able to Inspect properties regularly
6. Must be able Enforce lease agreements and dealing with lease violations
7. Must be able to Manage budgets and financial records
8. Must be able to Keep up-to-date with local rental market trends and regulations
9. Must be able to Develop relationships with vendors and contractors
10. Must be able to Ensure properties are in compliance with local housing laws and regulations
