3. Financial management: Monitoring and controlling costs, analyzing financial data, preparing budgets, and implementing strategies to maximize profitability.

4. Menu planning: Collaborating with chefs to develop and update menus based on customer preferences, seasonal availability, and cost considerations.

5. Inventory management: Monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to control food costs and maintain optimal stock levels.
