Responsibilities:

1. Conduct engaging live streams on TikTok, showcasing our products and interacting with fans.
2. Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling live-stream themes and concepts.
3. Produce short product videos demonstrating features and benefits while delivering persuasive presentations.
4. Build and nurture a loyal following on TikTok and other platforms.
5. Monitor and respond to audience comments and messages, providing exceptional customer service.
6. Stay updated with trends and best practices on TikTok and other social media platforms.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
8. Analyze performance metrics to improve content and engagement strategies.

Qualifications:
1. Charismatic on-camera presence with excellent communication skills.
2. Proficient in TikTok and other social media platforms.
3. Familiarity with video production techniques.
4. Creative mindset with strong time management skills.
5. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
6. Passionate about building a strong personal brand and engaging with audiences authentically.

Salary Plan

1. Accommodation and feeding available
2. Basic salary: ₦100,000.
3. Saturdays and Sundays are working days.
4. Saturday overtime pay: 5,000₦/day.
5. Sunday overtime pay: 12,000₦/day.
6. Live broadcast time is 4 hours per day, and overtime pay for more than 4 hours: 1000₦/hour.
7. Overtime pay for national holidays: Anchor 2000₦/hour, Assistant 1000₦/hour.
8. Choose any day from Monday to Friday as a rest day
