Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Science Instructor at Port Harcourt Data School. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks such as data analysis, data visualization, and creating reports. You will work with statistical models, analyze large datasets, and develop insights to support decision-making. You will also collaborate with a team of data professionals to solve complex problems and provide data-driven solutions.
Qualification
1. Data Science, Data Analytics, and Data Analysis skills
2. Experience with statistical modeling and data visualization
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, Power BI, Advanced Excel or R
5. Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills
7. Ability to work in a team and independently
8. Ability to teach and mentor.
