Job Description

Responsibilities:

· Stock Management and Reconciliation

· Distribution of materials when the needs arise.

· Management of office incoming and outgoing consumable items.

· Processing of all invoices for prompt payment

· Responsible for conducting periodic verification and reconciliation of all office items and a complete

· Up-to-date list of all store items/office supplies

· Filling & documentation

· Handling of email correspondence accordingly

· Any other administrative responsibility assigned to perform daily

Requirement:

· BSc/HND in Business Administration, Economics or any other discipline.

· Professional certification in NIM or related discipline is an added advantage.

· Minimum of 2-3years experience in a reputable organization

· Strong Organizational skills with problem-solving
attitude

· Excellent written and verbal communication
skills

· Experience in office management software like
MS Office, Windows, and Exchange.

· Good record-keeping/document-filing skills

· Attention to details
Salary:
150.000,00 NGN Monthly
