Position: Tailor
Location: Woji, Port Harcourt
Our client, an international women's fashion brand dedicated to creating stylish and trendy clothing for modern women seeks a skilled and innovative tailor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, exceptional sewing skills, and the ability to bring creative ideas to life through fabric.
Responsibilities:
• Interpreting design sketches and transforming them into wearable garments.
• Taking precise measurements and ensuring accurate fittings.
• Sewing, stitching, and assembling garments using various fabrics and techniques.
• Collaborating with designers to bring creative concepts to fruition.
• Ensuring all garments meet quality standards and are finished to perfection.
• Keeping up-to-date with fashion trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and offerings.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a tailor, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in sewing, stitching, and garment construction.
• Creative flair and the ability to innovate new designs.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements and fittings.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and fabrics.
