· Day to day administrative and operational running of the executive office

· Scheduling the meeting and appointments relating to the Executive office

· Provide the right solutions to all matters while paying close attention to details.

· Manage task systematically, effectively and strategically.

· Communicate clearly and professionally on all issues relating to the Executive office.

· Coordination of other company officials and understanding how the backend works.

· Knowledge of various software solutions to research and organize any form of data required.

Requirements for Job role

· B.sc in Estate Management finance/related field from a reputable university.

· Preferably a male

· Relevant certifications

· 5-8 years of experience
