Male Nurse (Pharmacy)

Job Decsription

Our client is looking for a qualified, self-driven and committed individual to fill the position of Male Nurse in a Pharmacy. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional able to give the best nursing care with little supervision. You will be compassionate and cool-tempered. You will also be able to follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently.

Responsibilities:

Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders
Data collection, tracking and analysis and reporting on stock pharmacy stocks, consumption and replenishment.
Receive and notify the Logistics team for the transport of medicines and other medical supplies
Write and submit requisitions of essential drugs and other medical supplies on a monthly basis
Maintain stock management and best storage practices for health products according to WHO and National protocols
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements and skills:

Bsc in Nursing/Pharmacy or any related field
2-3 years of experience in nursing in a clinical setting
Experience in pharmaceutical management and logistics
Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
Patient with excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
