Job Description:

The Social Media Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing social media strategies to promote Havens Travel and Tour, engage our audience, drive sales and .subscription. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Social Media Manager in developing and implementing the company's social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create and curate engaging content for posting on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns and promotions to drive traffic and generate leads.
Analyze social media metrics and track the performance of social media campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to the Social Media Manager.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices, and make recommendations for improving our social media strategy.
Assist with social media advertising campaigns, including creating ad copy, targeting audiences, and monitoring ad performance.
Monitor competitors' social media activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Work closely with the Social Media Manager to maintain brand consistency across all social media channels

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in the travel and tourism sector.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent collaboration skills.
Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
Passion for travel and tourism is highly desirable.
