Job Description
Job Title: Shift Supervisor
Location:SANGO-OTA
Responsibility
*Manage daily schedules, employee shifts,and oversee their progress
*Handles customers and employees complaints
*Train and integrate new workers
*Ensure that daily sales/production goals are met
*Ensure industries rules and regulations are followed
*Transfer products and other objects to and from the work shop.
Count cash at the end of the shift and manage bank deposits.
Requirements:
A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Engineering
At least 5-6years experience in supervision role.
Should have exposure to MS office and ERP system.
