Job Description

Lead and supervise the Business Development team across HQ and Business centers.
Foster connections with clients, partners, and stakeholders to generate leads and manage client accounts effectively.
Develop and present business proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to contractual agreements.
Formulate sales strategies to meet or surpass targets and boost revenue growth, including conducting presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
Analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competition to refine product offerings and devise targeted marketing plans.
Collaborate with management to create and execute business plans aligned with company objectives.
Work closely with departments like Training, Project, Consulting, Facility, and Operations to implement business development strategies seamlessly.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand networks, enhance brand visibility, and uncover business prospects.
Identify and approach potential customers through diverse channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
Develop and execute growth-oriented business development strategies aligned with company goals.
Conduct thorough market research to discern emerging trends and opportunities, guiding strategic decision-making.
Manage the sales process from prospecting to deal closure, meeting sales targets and nurturing client relationships.
Craft persuasive business proposals to secure new opportunities, including pricing strategies and value propositions.
Cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and exploring opportunities for additional business.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business strategies and exceptional customer experiences.
