Job Description

Role Project Coordinator.

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role requires exceptional multi-tasking abilities, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, ability to coordinate across multiple teams and the ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in defining project scope, goals, plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project associates, ensuring clear and consistent communication, coordinate tasks and activities across project teams to ensure alignment and progress.
Prepare and maintain up to date comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and risk registers, ensuring easy access and retrieval for team members.
Identify potential project risks and issues and assist in developing and implementing risk mitigation plans or escalating if necessary.
Conduct research and gather relevant information to assist in decision-making processes and project planning.
Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective communication and ensure timely completion of project tasks.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimization and suggesting practical solutions.

Skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively to diverse audiences.
Proficient in using project management software and tools for scheduling, task management, collaboration and Microsoft Office Suite.
