Position: Art Products Marketer

Salary: ₦20,000 base salary + 5% commission on sales

Job Summary:
The Art Products Marketer will be responsible for promoting our art products and ensuring their availability in stores throughout Lagos State, with plans to expand across Nigeria. This role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, building relationships with store owners and buyers, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the art industry and a proven track record in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential stores and distribution channels for our art products.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our products and increase brand awareness.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with store owners, buyers, and other stakeholders in the retail industry.
Product Promotion: Organize and participate in promotional events, demonstrations, and exhibitions to showcase our art products.
Sales Growth: Drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets by securing orders and expanding our customer base.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to management.
Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the art products or retail industry.
Strong understanding of the art industry and current market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Lagos State and beyond.
