Salary: ₦50,000
Employment Type: Full-time (Monday - Saturday)

Job Summary:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting our art products, convincing walk-in customers to make purchases, and reaching out to online customers to boost sales. This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing store operations, handling deliveries, and using a laptop for various tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, be proficient with technology, and be able to coordinate daily store activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing them with information about our products and helping them find what they need.
- Sales Promotion: Persuade customers to purchase products by highlighting their features and benefits, and suggesting complementary items.
- Online Sales: Reach out to potential and existing online customers to promote products and increase online sales.
- Store Operations: Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining a clean and organized store, and ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
- Delivery Coordination: Handle deliveries, including receiving and processing incoming shipments, and coordinating delivery of products to customers.
- Technology Use: Utilize a laptop for tasks such as managing inventory, processing sales transactions, and communicating with online customers.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong persuasion and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using a laptop and basic software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to manage store operations and handle deliveries efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of art products and supplies is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
