Job summary: We are looking for a strong willed, proactive and business minded operations manager who will be responsible for overseeing the company’s business activities and also develop strategies to improve business performance and revenue.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
• Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
• Recruit, train and supervise staff
• Find ways to increase the quality of customer service

Qualifications:
• Bsc in Business Administration or Engineering is required.
• 5 years’ work experience as an operations manager or a manager with 3 years’ experience as a procurement manager.
• Knowledge and experience of bid tender
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Experience budgeting and forecasting
• Familiarity with business and financial principles
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication, and numerical skills
• Leadership ability
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications like excel is strongly required

Salary: N150,000 – N200,000
