Job Description
The Geospatial Professional Lead position is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the implementation of geospatial projects, supporting Sales and Business Development efforts, and driving key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve departmental goals.
Role Responsibilities:
• Work with the cooperate office to formulate and implement the professional services strategy.
• Conduct demonstrations of geospatial solutions to prospective clients, showcasing the capabilities and value of our offerings.
• Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of back-end and front-end technical workflows.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Business Development team to support proposal development, including contributing technical insights
and solutions
• Supervise the implementation of geospatial projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coach and develop the capacity of team members and junior officers in the professional service team.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the geospatial team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Work with the HR to recruit, train and manage the performance of team members.
• Write and submit periodic reports.
• Develop Team budget and monitor expenditure.
