Graduate Trainee (Network Engineering)

Main Duties:

 Utilize your technological vision to lead network transformation initiatives and serve as the engineering team lead within MST.
 Ensure seamless flow of information to engineering resources assigned to projects.
 Design client solutions based on business requirements, incorporating advanced networks, data center, security, and virtualization technologies.
 Develop fault and performance management policies and automation rules.
 Proactively manage client engagement across various levels, driving technology lifecycle development and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
 Support standard and custom solution development initiatives, including network management device and application certification for Managed Services solutions and clients.
 Collaborate with Engineering, Planning, IT, Product Development, and other internal and external teams to manage the design and implementation of client projects.
 Provide technical training and support to the Managed Services Operations team.
 Design, implement, and support solutions involving SD WAN, WAN, LAN, WLAN, VoIP, Data Analytics, Security, and Virtualization technologies.
 Analyze, evaluate, and communicate network capacity and performance data to drive improvements in customer networks.
 Supervise a team matrix for specific projects, including resource management, process documentation, and peer mentoring.
 Oversee customer network documentation, including solution design documents, records of change, and network diagrams.
 Act as an escalation point, providing 4th level incident support for customers.
 Create presentations and demonstrations related to technology, processes, or client solutions as necessary.
 Take ownership of the design process and address critical issues as they arise.
 Any other task assigned to you by the Management.
Personal Qualities & Qualifications:

Job Holder need to be:

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Elect-Elect, Information Technology, or a related field.
 Candidate must have CCNA certificate by Cisco.
 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
 Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
 Prior experience in network capacity and performance analysis.
