Sales Executive

A. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the real estate market.
b. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other proactive methods.
c. Optimizing marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
d. Speaking and presenting our products and services both internally and externally to promote the story of the product.
e. Converting potential customers and inquirers to customers and continually refine processes to convert customers.
f. Conduct property tours, host open houses, and arrange property viewings for potential buyers.
g. Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the buying and selling process.
h. Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring terms are favourable for both buyers and sellers.
i. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other industry professionals.
j. Keep updated on real estate market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
k. Selling the company’s products.
l. Mentor and groom other team member for good performance across board.
m. Demonstrate leadership and initiative for the growth of the company.
