Position Overview:
As the Creative Lead at Vines Realty, you will spearhead our creative initiatives, overseeing the development and execution of all creative content. You will lead a team of designers, writers, and multimedia professionals to produce engaging marketing materials, ensuring they align with our brand vision and resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the creative team to develop innovative marketing campaigns and materials for various platforms, including digital, print, video, and social media.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to create cohesive and impactful brand messaging.
- Oversee the entire creative process from concept to execution, ensuring projects meet objectives, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Review and approve all creative content, ensuring it aligns with Vines Realty’s brand identity and marketing strategy.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into our creative processes to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional outcomes.
- Conduct regular brainstorming sessions and creative meetings to generate fresh ideas and innovative strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a creative leadership role, preferably within the real estate industry or an agency environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects and demonstrating expertise in design, writing, and multimedia.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
