Live in House Keeper

JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Female Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests by maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout our facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Change bed linens and towels, and ensure all amenities are replenished.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks.
- Thoroughly clean common areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and staircases.
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens.
- Adhere to established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning of all areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and fellow team members.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment.
