Job Description

Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
• Collaborate with company leadership to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection of sales agents.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies to attract top sales talent.
• Conduct checks and pre-employment assessments for selected candidates.
Onboarding and Training:
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new sales agents, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and deliver training programs to enhance sales agents' knowledge and skills.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify training needs and design customized training initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments as required.
Performance Management:
• Implement performance management processes and tools to measure the performance of sales executives.
• Provide guidance and support to sales managers in different regions in conducting performance evaluations and setting goals for sales executives.
• Assist in identifying performance gaps and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
• Recognize and reward high-performing sales executives through performance-based incentives and rewards programs.
Employee Relations:
• Serve as a point of contact for sales agents regarding HR-related queries, issues, and concerns.
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and maintain accurate employee records.
• Promote a positive work culture and foster employee engagement initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Support sales managers in administering compensation and benefits programs for sales agents.
• Stay updated with market trends and industry benchmarks to ensure competitive compensation packages.
• Provide guidance and support on employee benefits and other perks.
Salary:
90.000,00 NGN Monthly
