Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven product sales officer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Implementation:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Conduct regular follow-ups and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Operations:
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit margins while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
Work closely with product development teams to provide customer feedback and market insights.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in branding and the digital industry.
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
