Job Description

A.Develop and implement comprehensive online marketing strategies tailored to our real estate projects, considering specific target audiences and project goals.
b.Employ a combination of online and offline channels to maximize marketing reach and effectiveness.
c.Cultivate and maintain a strong community presence around the brand, promoting engagement and loyalty.
d.Create and oversee online and offline events to engage with potential buyers, residents, and the local community.
e.Produce compelling content for various channels including social media, blogs, and other communication platforms.
f.Highlight property features, benefits, and lifestyle offerings to attract and engage potential buyers.
g.Manage and optimize the brand's online presence across different platforms, including the website and social media.
h.Drive digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and brand awareness.
i.Interact with potential buyers, providing information and responding to inquiries about our real estate offerings.
j.Ensure a superior customer experience throughout the buying journey.
k.Plan and execute real estate events, launches, and partnerships with local entities and influencers.
l.Identify and leverage opportunities for collaboration and sponsorships that align with the brand's values and goals.
m.Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
