Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team at Jubaili Bros Engineering Limited. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a knack for building relationships, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
2. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
4. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
5. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
6. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
8. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
5. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven approach.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
