Job Description

Responsibilities:
*Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, or in-person.
*Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
*Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
*Provide information about services, promotions, and events.
*Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience.
*Identify and escalate priority issues to management.
*Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

Requirements:
