Job Description

Responsibilities:
*Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight for the operations of a group of companies, including the lounge, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
*Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and initiatives to optimize efficiency and effectiveness across all business units.
*Financial Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes for the group, ensuring financial health and sustainability.
*Team Leadership: Lead and manage a diverse team of managers and department heads across different companies, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
*Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, new markets, and partnerships to expand the group's business interests.
*Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks across operations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
*Executive Collaboration: Work closely with the executive team and board of directors to provide regular updates, strategic recommendations, and insights on operational performance.
*Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:
*Experience: Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer or similar executive leadership role, ideally within a diverse corporate group encompassing hospitality or related industries.
*Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards achieving business goals.
*Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business operations, financial management, and strategic planning.
*Problem-Solving Ability: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
*Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
*Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
