Job Description

Responsibilities:
* Cold Sales Experience: Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of experience in cold sales (Cold sales refer to the practice of promoting and selling a company service to an individual or company who does not have any prior knowledge of the company service by using cold calls, email and social media by sales expert)
* Work Process Oversight: Monitor and adjust the work processes within the sales department to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
* Sales Planning and Fulfillment: Meet and exceed sales plan and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Sales Activities: Actively participate in various sales activities to promote the company's products or services.
* Sales Reporting: Provide regular and accurate reports on sales performance and relevant metrics.
* Forex Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of Forex or be willing to learn and work within a Forex Company.

Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in the position of Business development, Marketing and sales
- Minimum academic qualification of either an HND or BSc
- Meeting with potential customers,
- Performing marketing and business meetings,
- Presentations, live interaction.
- Following up and establishing personal contact and trust aimed at increasing the company's recognition.
- Handling both short- Term and long- Term potential business- Related projects.
