Job Description
Location: Yaba, Lagos State, Nigeria
Job Type: Full Time
Duties:
Develop and execute growth strategies to drive business expansion and achieve revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing campaigns.
Analyze and optimize marketing and sales funnels to improve conversion rates and customer retention.
Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand the company’s reach and market presence.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to growth initiatives.
Develop and manage the company’s growth budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
Lead and mentor a high-performing growth team, providing guidance and support.
Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Implement data-driven decision-making processes to refine growth strategies.
Ensure alignment with the growth objectives of the company.
Prepare and present growth forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Stay updated on the latest growth hacking tools and techniques.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Manage customer feedback and use insights to drive product and service improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Growth Manager or in a similar role for at least three (3) years.
Strong understanding of growth strategies, marketing techniques, and business development.
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong organizational and management abilities.
Track record of achieving and exceeding growth targets.
