Job Description

Job Title: Growth Manager
Location: Yaba, Lagos State, Nigeria
Job Type: Full Time

Duties:

 Develop and execute growth strategies to drive business expansion and achieve revenue targets.
 Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
 Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing campaigns.
 Analyze and optimize marketing and sales funnels to improve conversion rates and customer retention.
 Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand the company’s reach and market presence.
 Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to growth initiatives.
 Develop and manage the company’s growth budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
 Lead and mentor a high-performing growth team, providing guidance and support.
 Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
 Implement data-driven decision-making processes to refine growth strategies.
 Ensure alignment with the growth objectives of the company.
 Prepare and present growth forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
 Stay updated on the latest growth hacking tools and techniques.
 Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
 Manage customer feedback and use insights to drive product and service improvements.

Requirements:
 Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
 Proven experience as a Growth Manager or in a similar role for at least three (3) years.
 Strong understanding of growth strategies, marketing techniques, and business development.
 Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
 Proficiency in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
 Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
 Strong organizational and management abilities.
 Track record of achieving and exceeding growth targets.
