Job Description

Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Yaba, Lagos State, Nigeria
Job Type: Full Time

Duties:

 Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives.
 Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
 Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
 Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
 Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
 Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
 Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
 Monitor and prioritize incoming communications, responding on behalf of executives when appropriate.
 Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and financial reports.
 Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives.
 Develop and implement office procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
 Handle personal tasks and errands for executives as needed.
 Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
 Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents.
 Support executives in their day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
 Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role for at least three (3) years.
 Excellent organizational and time management skills.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
 Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
 Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
 High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
