Job Description
Salary: ₦80,000 - ₦100,000 per month
About the Company:
We are a leading supplier of foreign furniture, building materials, and home appliances in Ibadan. We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Manager to lead our team at our Oke-Bola location.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff development.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team.
Manage branch budget and ensure profitability.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date branch records and reports.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
BSc. / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role.
Proven track record of success in sales and achieving targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday (7:15 am - 6:00 pm)
