Job Description

Role Summary:

The Logistics and Administrative Officer oversees logistical operations and provides administrative support to ensure efficient project execution and office management. This role involves managing supply chains, coordinating daily operations, procurement and supporting administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Office Management:
o Maintain and organize office operations and procedures.
o Responsible for Planning, overseeing, managing and coordination of logistics support operations to ensure smooth accomplishment of tasks assigned.
o Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
o Ensure office cleanliness and maintenance of office facilities.

2. Administrative Support:
o Provide administrative support to senior management and other staff members.
o Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
o Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

3. Record Keeping:
o Maintain and update company databases and filing systems (both digital and physical).
o Ensure the accuracy and security of all records and files.
o Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

4. Financial Administration:
o Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking.
o Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
o Coordinate with the finance department for payroll and other financial matters.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
Good knowledge of Chinese Language is an added advantage.

• Experience: Proven experience as an administrative officer, office manager, or similar role.

• Skills:
o Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
o Strong written and verbal communication skills.
o Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
o Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Discretion and confidentiality.
