Job Summary:
The Floor Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the lounge, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Key Responsibilities:
.Supervise and coordinate the activities of the floor staff, including waiters, bartenders, and support staff.
.Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the lounge, maintaining a high level of customer service.
.Monitor staff performance and provide training and development as needed.
.Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
.Maintain inventory levels and ensure all areas are well-stocked and clean.
.Implement and enforce health and safety regulations.
.Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
.Assist with marketing and promotional activities to drive customer engagement and revenue.
.Monitor financial performance and contribute to budget management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Floor Manager or in a similar managerial role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations effectively.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
You must live within Lekki and its environs
You must have proven experience in hospitality
