Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and talented Flutter Mobile App Developer to join our volunteer team. As a Flutter Developer at FriendnPal, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our mobile app, ensuring it is user-friendly, efficient, and impactful. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about mental health, technology, and making a difference in the lives of people in marginalized communities.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the FriendnPal mobile app using Flutter.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to implement new features and improve existing ones.
Optimize the app for performance, reliability, and responsiveness.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Conduct testing and debugging to ensure the app functions seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.
Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improve the app.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in mobile app development using Flutter.
Strong understanding of Dart programming language.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
Experience with mobile app testing and debugging.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with Firebase or other backend services.
Understanding of UX/UI design principles.
Prior experience with mental health or social impact projects.
